Phone screen + interview with two managers on the team, then offer was made via email. Process took less than two weeks. Everyone I talked to was very nice and professional, and made Zillow seem like a good place to work.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Impersonal, I interviewed for a new division/team. 2 managers were in on the pitch where were supposed to sell their product .
They were going too far into product specific questions which as opposed to ability to run an actual demo. Let’s leave that for after the product training !

It’s fairly quick, just a phone interview and then a 45 min video interview with a role play. The role play is a mock call, you calling a client. You have to show your sales skills.
