Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Zillow (Irving, TX) en oct 2019

      Entrevista

I received an email from a recruiter at Zillow Group to set up a phone interview. Upon completion of the phone interview about 4 days later, I was asked, again by email,l to provide some dates to interview in person at the office in Irving. I was given a list of people I would be interviewing with - 1 in-person with the team lead, and 2 via Blue Jeans with management in different offices. My actual interview was with the team lead, a current resale associate, and a manager from the Scottsdale, AZ office via Blue Jeans. I felt the interview went fairly well and I had above-average confidence that I displayed more than enough competence to handle the position. I was told I'd hear back by early on the next week with feedback. I waited until mid-week the next week to follow up and was told it would be done by week's end. By Tuesday of the third week, I still had no indication, so I followed up with the recruiter again. I was told that the decision had been made to halt hiring in the Dallas office for the time being and that an offer would not be tendered. This was apparently relayed by a voicemail from the previous Friday that I still haven't received. I asked the recruiter for interview feedback and haven't receieved any kind of response since.
