Very unprofessional. Recruiter missed appointment. Interviewer was late didn't have my resume or ask relavent questions. Second interviewer was even more later than the first interviewer. Disorganized hiring process. Lack attention to detail.

Entrevista
After applying, I received a call from a recruiter asking me my previous outbound/inbound sales experience and what how I ran my day. So, it went well and he scheduled me to meet with 2 sales managers, and the general manager. I actually lived in California at the time, so I had to do a Skype interview for a Denver position. The first manager interview went well, the 2nd not so much. Especially when he wanted me to sell Premier Agent to him, while not even knowing the cost, etc. Yes, I could have called an agent to ask, but why would I want to take away from their quota!! The general manager then was too busy looking around and not maintaining eye contact. I finally peaked his interested when I told him that "I own my failures and place blame on no one but myself." Not sure if he liked that, even though one of the company values state 'own it." I then received an email 5 days later from the recruiter stating I didn't get the position, with no reasoning whatsoever.
I have a new career with a Fortune 30 company that I love. Some of the people in my training class have interviewed with Zillow and had the same problems. I am noticing that they seem to be hiring younger people and not adhering to there diverse standards they spout about. Good luck to you as a company, and good luck to those applying.

Thank you for taking the time to interview with Zillow for the Premier Agent sales team. The feedback you provided about your virtual interview is something we will for sure use in order to provide a better candidate experience, and I apologize you felt as if the interviewer was distracted. Part of the interview process is we do ask candidates to pitch us either a product or service of their choosing or Premier Agent since that is a very large portion of the job. Zillow’s Premier Agent organization also prides themselves on being a team that actively recruits and hires a diverse group of individuals so that we can correctly reflect our customer and consumer.
