Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en ZeroLight (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) en oct 2015
Entrevista
Incredibly cold and impersonal interview.
Upon arriving I was greeted by the receptionist, who led me into a featureless meeting room and presented me with a multiple page test sheet. She then left, leaving me alone for 45 minutes to complete the test.
The test was incredibly generic logic and math examples. Roughly 90% of it wasn't even relevant to the specific role I applied for.
Eventually I finally greeted by someone other than the receptionist.
I believe my new interviewer was a lead programmer, and was the most unpleasant man I have ever met professionally.
Going through the test, it was clear he highly valued his own, in-depth knowledge on highly obscure and old coding. He was very proud of his ability to code in hex and compiler languages, yet was absolutely nothing to do with the role I applied for.
Incredibly stuck-up interviewer, who spent the entire interview boasting about his background and wealth of knowledge.
Never been so happy to not get a job offer as I was with ZeroLight.
