Process was very lean and simple, just disappointingly untransparent in the end as I never had a feedback on the case study - not a small one but an in house workshop- I had to prepare as a last step. 0) Application on business site 1) 30min screening and cultural fit call with hiring manager and relevant stakeholder. 2) In house case study, workshop delivery - never followed by any feedback. Very disappointed as all the other impressions were good and they originally seemed to have a very human approach and a lot of common sense.
