Had initial phone screening and was then put forward for 'assessment day' consisting of numerous group tasks, and 1-2-1 interviews. The interviewers ask some very generic non-technical questions. At no point is previous skills and experience considered, its more about your enthusiasm than anything. Whole experience felt like going back to college and I really feel they undermine the process not taking prior experience, skills, and education in to consideration. Their grounds for choosing another candidate over myself was very disappointing and lacked any substance.
