They arrange for you to come into their offices and do a group interview with about 30-50 people applying for jobs throughout the Inditex company, they ask basic questions about the company as a whole and then group you and do introductory questions and more in-depth questions about sales and customer service.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
