I got phone call interview first.(i'm not sure it's a first step or not,very short but remember be polite n be highly interested in this job) Asked"why do you want to work at ZARA?"n what time you available to work. I briefly answered it n been told the exact time to have formal interview at head office.(you may receive the mail from recruit team that show where the head office is) It didn't come next day for interview,it took 2 or 3 days so make sure you've prepared n practiced some common interview questions before you go to. This interview was total 3 rounds, 7 people this time including me, we were told introduce another person who next you,of course you guys have 2mins to know each other. then the interview host welcomed us to engaging today's interview n briefly explain what this position we applied for n told us to filled specific form. Here was 2nd round coming, we were separated into three small group, each group has one scenario to play with(3 mins discuss). My group question is "if there is a customer shows you some items from website,but those r not available in your store." The question for another group is "if a customer wants to refund the blazer, but it already passed over 30 days refund policy." (sorry i forgot another group's question) and 3rd round,everyone was given one slip of paper which has one question on it, read it, answered it briefly. My question is "Describe one time you don't agree with your manager and how do you deal with it" I think the importance of this interview is show how good you are in a teamwork and communicate with customer in basic manner. Always smiling and listen concentratedly when others candidates shared their experiences.

Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
