Entrevista
The whole process took around a week. On Friday I went to Westfield, Stratford to give my cv. (I went to more shops from the inditex group) they said they don't take in cv-s but there is an open day at the Inditex centre on Regent street. I went there on Monday. We watched a video and where asked a few questions based on what we saw. The next day, they called me to say I was successful and I have an interview. On Wednesday I had the interview at Zara Stratford.The manager was very nice. I was called the next day and they(inditex recruiters) said I got the job! The following Monday I signed the contract and my first day was on Tuesday.
The process was quick and professional.

The usual questions...what is a trend for this season? tell me one experience you've had with a customer good/bad? A question I didn't expect: A recent decision you made and are proud of?
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
