Online application then group interview where they tell you to write down your availability and which branch you would prefer to work in. There is also a part in the group interview where they split the group in half and give you a scenario. I think the point of this is to see how you'll react in front of a customer and how well you work in a team/dont overdominate but stand out/be polite and let others speak etc
It was a personal interview conducted mostly with the hr of the store . They will check your way of talking. If it is soft and respectful they will select you
