My first interview was in the Head Office in a group of 5 people. The interview was held by a very friendly lady who showed us some videos about Inditex after we were asked to briefly introduce ourselves. We had a role play, then we were asked to pick a picture (from a pile of about 40) that better described us and we had to explain why. The last exercise was answering a question from a card that was placed in front of us but which can only be looked at when it's your turn to answer.

What is one thing you've learned from your previous role that you could apply to your new position should you get the job?
It was easy, they just ask the typical questions so no need to be scared. You choose which area you preferred and the most of the times they can find a store near you.

no one knew who was meant to do the interview, it ended up being a group interview which was awkward, however on the up side, they did call me the next day to tell me i had the job

A one to one interview with a manager where they asked me a set of questions and wrote down my answers. Usual basic questions of if you've had to deal with difficult situations with customers.
