We were told to meet at one of their retail stores and they gathered us into a small room that could barely fit 15 of u. They explained to us about their company's history and give us a walkthrough about their processes. Afterwards, we were interviewed as a group and asked about why are we here for.

The interview was pretty fast and efficient. The Interviewer is nice, polite and professional. She will even suggest which role and location suits me better according to my commitment and working experience

It is a smooth interview. You should submit your resume to a hiring manager, and then the hiring manager will ask you some basic questions and make sure what is your available time if you seek for a part-time job.
There was no interview process because this was during the peak season (December). The person arranging the work is friendly and efficient. Overall, the process was rushed and gives you little time to consider your options.
