I messaged the store director on LinkedIn and told him I was interested in working at Zara. He invited me in for an interview. Only asked 2 questions then offered me the job on the spot.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
