Contact with the person they are interested in, formal interview with that person, followed by signing the contract. The contract consisst in a 6 month period that are renewed for 2 more 6 month period. After that time, employers become interns on the company

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
Easy and casual interviews. I had an interview and it was super easy and I was asked simple questions like tell me about yourself or tell me about your past experience
