Simple and quick. I called in with my CV and spoke to a manager who rang me the next day and asked me to come in for a quick interview. It lasted about 15 minutes and focussed on my career aspirations, why I chose Zara and what I would be able to bring to the table. Stressed how Zara is ultimately a fashion retailer.

How do you keep up to date with the latest trends?
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
