I was stressed but they were good. I hope I will get the job even though I have read that many people are not happy with working there. Typical questions:
* “Tell us about yourself.”
* “Why do you want to work at Zara?”
* “What do you know about Zara?”
* “How would you help a customer who can’t find their size?”
* “What would you do if the store is very busy?”
* “How do you handle stress?”
* “Are you comfortable working evenings and weekends?”

Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

They asked about past experience and interest in fashion.
It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
Easy and casual interviews. I had an interview and it was super easy and I was asked simple questions like tell me about yourself or tell me about your past experience
