Worst interview experience. Gave 5 interviews and was feeling very nice about them . It has been 3 weeks havent heard back from the team. I have given many interviews in my live but this ia one of the worst experiences.

The process started with a clear and professional call with the recruiter, where everything was explained well. After submitting the take-home test, I didn’t hear back for two months and assumed they had moved on. Then a different recruiter suddenly contacted me to schedule a call with the team lead. It was challenging to return to the test and discuss details after such a long silence. After that call, I waited another two weeks with no feedback. Finally, the original recruiter got back to me with a generic rejection and no comments. Timeline: The whole process took over two months, with poor communication after the initial call. Tip: Keep detailed notes on your test in case you’re asked about it much later, and be prepared for long delays and no constructive feedback.
