Meeting with talent acquisition team, then 2 video interviews with product managers then visit Berlin head office for full day interviews with HR representative, couple of senior product managers and product director and finally with head of engineers

I recently interviewed for a Senior Product Manager position. The process was fairly standard, with common product management questions focused on strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
While the overall experience was okay, one downside was that the recruiter did not allow me to ask any questions about the role or the company. This was disappointing, as understanding the company's vision, culture, and expectations is a crucial part of evaluating whether the position is a good fit.
Overall, the process was structured and professional, but the lack of transparency made it less engaging than I had hoped.

Worst candidate experience ever!
I went through 6 rounds of interviews spanning 4 months. This included HR, Hiring Manager, 1 Case Study round and various stakeholder interviews. After each of the initial 3 rounds they took 1 month to get back to me. Throughout the rounds whether during the case study or in some of the interviews they appreciated all my ideas on their active projects and in the final round they found my profile "not senior enough". The next week I find the same job reposted on LinkedIn with a higher level of experience required (which actually within their company represented an even higher position) vs when I had applied and finally 2 days after this I received a standard rejection email. What a pathetic way to treat a candidate. It seemed like a free idea generation exercise.

The interview process was very tedious and chaotic. It took them 2 months to reach out to me. The interview questions were ok however the time they took to conduct the interview which is 2 months was unrealistic. Also the interview was chaotic and I had to give 4 rounds in one day.
