after an online application (LinkedIn) a recruiter calls you to make sure you know their values and operational approach. The process was a generic interview with a bit non experienced HR thhat was asking general questions about the company and not so much me as a candidate

What is our company strategy, what is rapid agile (?!), what are our business verticals..
Great process - communication was timely and detailed. I enjoyed the process and although i didn't go through with the job i can highly suggest trying because it's not so difficult and the company has great benefits.
Easy interview without too many tricky questions. It took almost a month the whole process. The recruiter was not sure of her duties so it was not really clear how the process was working. Overall a normal experience.
