I interviewed at ZS associates in November-December 2017 through my campus. First round of interview was online test based on Aptitude, verbal, quant, logical reasoning, c++ etc. It was a bit difficult test. Be prepared for all the above. Major problem with the test was that time given was 75 min and around 70 questions. Questions were long and time taken to read questions was not sufficient. Still overall test was good. Around 50 students were shortlisted out of 160 candidates who appeared. Round 2 was a video interview which was conducted on talview platform 1 week after the first round. There were 8 video questions asked and 3 theory questions. video interview Questions were related to your past teamwork experience and also SQL and database. In theory, question like which animal would you relate yourself with?, etc were asked. you have to submit video of minimum 2 min and max 3 min. Be good and fluent with your english. That matters. And utilize your complete time (3 min). Round 3 - case study round - It was basically a pool campus conducted in second week of december.. We were given a case study. 40 minutes were given and there was a report of around 15 pages given. I had signed a confidential document because of which i cannot reveal the case. We were supposed to write SQL algorithms to the questions asked. I didn't know SQL language so I wrote normal C algorithm. There were 4 sections in case study and each had few questions. I wrote algorithms and approaches to get the results. Trust me , they didnt check my answers and your approaches matter the most. Round 4 - behavioral and technical round. - Interviewer was very friendly. Interview last for around 65 minutes. I had to explain everything how I got to solution in previous round. Your approaches matter the most as well as how differently you think. I was shortlisted for next round round 5- HR round - questions based on resume, my hobbies, how would you cut a cake in 8 equal parts by cutting exactly 3 times. Also, give second solution to the same problem. A scenarion was made for me and I had to answer and solve. It was basically to check how far i think and how good I am at calculations. general HR questions like tell me about yourself, hobbies, strengths, why ZS? where do you see yourself in 5 years can be asked. Though i was not asked, be prepared for guesstimates. Result was declared to me after 5 minutes of my HR round. I was selected and they gifted me a Wireless mouse with a ZS symbol on it. Amazing experience

Lengthy and time consuming but process is very good nothing casual and systematic I cleared 3 rounds and in the last round I didn't get positive feedback. So process was nice but we can't say how they judge you even in the last round and reject you.
