The beginning of the interview process was great, they were very responsive and the conversations kept progressing well. Then, about halfway through the interview process, I kept getting ghosted. Every time I check in it’s, “we’ll be in touch next week” and “just one more week, we know this is frustrating.” And it is very frustrating. I get the sense they’re keeping candidates on the hook until someone else accepts, but I find that inconsiderate of the candidates and wish they would share a decision or be more transparent about the process.

Very thoughtful and transparent HR staff for the screening. The second interview with the hiring manager was also positive. The culture seemed to be supportive and like a good place to work.
