Arrived at the company after receiving email setting up for an interview. Very pleasant people right off the bat! The owner seems to have a very casual approach and does not let you feel intimidated. Sat in a small but nice conference room near the entrance and explained the company's history and goals. Went over the possible responsibilities that the job entailed. The interview lasted a good couple of hours which i think was quite lengthy but it does give you a good insight of who your boss is and what the company stands for.
