Online interview at Microsoft team meeting. Overall it was a nice experience. Asked about some engineering questions, introduction, market, salary, how to handle the labor, future plan, achievement, some pre condition for getting the job,
Two personnel were present. Friendly, polite in manner. balanced questioned technical and personal things. They were pretty interested in portfolios and projects. A thorough background check of mine was done. Overall experience was good.
