Overall good - common sense approach where mutual suitability was assessed. HR not overly involved. Skills, aspirations, cultural fit were all assessed via appropriate questions. The process was not overly structured with too many stages

The process was very smooth and the recruiter was lovely. I had an initial call with the recruiter that lead to a task. Once I passed the task I had an interview with two managers where I presented on the task and asked other general questions.

I submitted their assessment. I did well. They took my final interview with different teams. Then rejected me for being overqualified for the role. They could have concluded that from my assessment. They wasted my time with all the interviews.
