Applied for research director role through their online application process. Had my first screening interview with the recruiter, 30 minutes, good conversation and told that I would have an assignment and a further interview with a potential peer next and then the final interview with the person I would report to. Let me know that I got through till the next round and then ghosted me. A couple of follow-ups later I assumed they went with other candidates but never got a formal response back.
