The process was more time-intensive than expected. Yipit does some serious vetting amongst the team, via the take-home assignment, and afterwards through references and a background check. This is the main reason for my difficulty score. I interviewed with ~7 people in different roles so you're really being interviewed from many different angles. . Everyone was incredible, asked very engaging questions, and was really excited to meet me. Recruiting was also very understanding that it's a competitive market for candidates so they ensured my interviews moved as quickly as possible. Now that I've accepted the offer I've received like 30 welcome emails from people in the company I haven't even met yet which shows me how unique the culture is here.
