Entrevista
Thoroughly impressed with the recruiting process. Everyone was responsive and professional. My experience was as follows:
1st: Initial Assignment - fairly straightforward estimating revenue / looking for anomalies in the data
2nd: 1st Round Hiring Manager Zoom Call
3rd: Week-Long Take Home Assignment - very interesting to do, a good peek at what it would be like to work at YipitData. Much more challenging than the first challenge, but interesting nonetheless.
4th: Final Round - meeting members of the team
All in all, as mentioned in other reviews, everyone was kind and welcoming. This whole process gets you really excited about potentially joining the company.
Very lengthy and unstructured take-home exercise. Feedback provided for take-home was rather vague and took over a week to be provided. However, everyone was very friendly throughout the whole process.

Entrevista
The interview process was very thorough, from start to finish (offer) it took approximately 4.5 weeks. There are 2 take home exercises, the second which gives you a good understanding of the type of work you’ll do in the role, which is nice for understanding if you enjoy the work. The interviewers were all very transparent and easy going - I really enjoyed the overall process and appreciated the transparency and swift movement among every phase of the interviewing.

The interview was relatively exhaustive, but nothing was asked that was ridiculous.
Steps of the process:
1) Quick excel project to analyze a dataset and identify anything interesting regarding the data
2) Zoom call with a Data Consultant at Yipit. Completely behavioral, basically to give more information on the role
3) A longer take-home assignment (1 week) that asks you to observe a massive dataset and project financial statistics. The dataset has some difficulties so cleaning/analysis needs to be done.
4) Two more zoom calls with other Data Consultants
5) Zoom interview with a leader (this case was a VP)
6) Reference checks, where you give 3 professional colleagues to answer questions regarding what it was like to work with you
