Got a call from recuriter and the process followed R1 screening and assignment (take home time based) R2 virtual interview with the team R3 Again interview R4 HR round Offer

Interview process was quite smooth and transparent, interviewers were quite nice and understanding. Although wasn't quite convinced with the rejection reason as it stated that I couldn't clear the assessment, although it was super easy and I think one get to interviewing stage only after clearing assessment.
