Had a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Asked me pretty straight forward questions. Why sales? Asked me about previous job experiences. At the end the interviewer said that I sounded like I would be better for account management as I would not be able to handle the rejection of cold calling. Talked about how you are going to be dealing with people that do not want to deal with you so how would you approach that.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
