Entrevista
The first step is a fifteen minute phone conversation asking questions covering your resume and desire to do the job. Upon completing and passing this step, the next step is setting up a time for Skype interview if you are not in the local area. Someone comes on initially to test the setup first and then the first part is a role-playing scenario where-upon completion, you are given feedback to see how well you implement it when a second interview comes and role-plays again to see how well you implemented the previous feedback.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
