I gave them my resume at a career fair, then they called me about a week later for a phone screen. I then got a video interview about a week after that and then was offered the job a couple days later.

Applied through campus recruiter. Followed by behavior phone screen then technical video interview. Still have not heard back, which I assume means I am not going to get an offer.
