Two rounds with two interviewers each. One more senior than the first. Questions were entirely fit related, and focused mostly on thinking about career transitions. Surprisingly a very standard, one-way interview (with one or two awkward pauses while they figured out who was asking the next question), rather than an assessment masked as a conversation between people. One of the senior interviewers started smirking through one of my responses at the end, which wasn't incredibly respectful coming from a group that prides itself on incredible integrity and personal cohesion within the team.
