Formal interview with all individuals present during the meeting. Followed by email correspondence regarding next steps. Discussion was open and conversational, the interview lasted about 2 hours, a tour of the company office was included as well.
Basic interview process. 3 stage panel interview. First is coworkers in a similar role and then you meet with department heads to ensure that you are a good fit for the company. Very nice employees
