It was easy to set up an interview but they failed to inform me that the buyers assistant role is actually a merchandise assistant. Being that I am currently an assistant buyer it would be a step down for me.

Applied speculatively and was called up to interview for a role within the company but wasn't provided the specifics until the interview. The interview was a relatively informal and therefore it was quite relaxed. Didn't feel supported by HR really throughout and felt a bit in limbo and had to keep chasing for an update.
