Firstly, you start with an interview, very laid back, easy to chat with, common questions nothing to difficult. Then there’s a second interview after, which goes into explaining the job and pay and any other questions you may have

Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? How did you hear about us? Have you heard anything on our CEO? What is it that you need to work on?
One of the only employers who want to know your personal and financial goals and help you get there as opposed to focusing on how you can help them. The interview was very warm and positive, knew right away that this company cares about and values their employees. The on-boarding was available in a short wait time depending on when your interview took place.

Entrevista
Had an interview where we went over the company and what I was looking for in my next job. They had to review the application first with their executives then they called me back the next day and we had another interview. Talked about the pay and hours etc and then they sent an offer letter and background check
