Getting to the case study interview took a very long time. The case study involved choosing a company in some predetermined sectors, and providing recommendations on how they could improve their sustainability initiatives. It took a long time to prepare, and I had chosen a company that was very advanced in their sustainability initiatives already, making the recommendations part quite difficult. Nonetheless I had provided some recommendations, which were 'sparse' compared to my analysis according to the interviewers. I felt like this wasn't taken into account in their decision. I wasn't given further feedback despite spending so much time in the interview process and preparation with this company. They had also said that I didn't allow time for questions throughout my presentation, when the brief had said leave time at the end for Q&A. They never got back to me when I pointed it out and asked for more feedback.

For the initial interviews, I was asked the standard questions (why do you want to work here, what's your relevant experience). Case study questions were specific to the recommendations I had suggested.
The first interview was done on a zoom / teams call. There were questions that I did not expect to be asked or was not prepared for. A feedback was provided .
