Inizialmente, dopo aver mandato la candidatura online, sono stata contattata in tempi molto celeri per un primo colloquio telefonico e, successivamente, per un colloquio in azienda. Purtroppo c'è stata veramente tanta mancanza di trasparenza riguardo l'inquadramento previsto per posizione e relative informazioni sulla retribuzione (non sono mai state comunicate, né nell'annuncio, né nel primo colloquio telefonico, né nel secondo colloquio in azienda). Inoltre, non ho mai ricevuto un feedback diretto dalla responsabile HR con cui avevo comunicato fino ad allora, ma solamente (dopo quasi 3 settimane) un'email standard che mi ringraziava per aver mandando la candidatura. Da un'azienda di questa portata, nel 2026, mi aspetto sicuramente degli standard diversi e nettamente migliori. Spero che questo feedback possa essere spunto di riflessione e miglioramento per l'azienda nei confronti di tutte e tutti i prossimi professionisti che presenteranno candidature.

recently interviewed for the Customer Service Representative position and unfortunately my experience with the hiring process was disappointing. I completed multiple interviews, including meetings with both the supervisor and manager, and felt that the conversations went very well. I sent a prompt thank-you email afterward, but never received a response. Since then, I’ve reached out several times to the Talent Acquisition associate for an update on next steps, and my messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication has been frustrating, especially after investing time and preparing for each stage of the process. I understand that hiring decisions take time, but professional courtesy and transparent communication go a long way. Even a simple update or closure email would have made the process feel more respectful. Overall, the interview itself was positive, but the post-interview communication left a poor impression of the company’s hiring practices.

On the initial interview, HR representative made it clear that the starting salary was at the lowest range of the salary scale listed on the job description. When I questioned the $15000 different in listed range, she reiterated the lowest, advising she was just being transparent.
