They ask me to take a hands on programming exam for about 4 hours, then I waited for about 2 hours for the interviewer. But they then told me he was not coming and I had to go back the next day. The next day, they let me answer a few essays. Then came the interview. It was very informal. It didn't even seem like an interview.

Entrevista
The test started from online test, live coding test, then Interview. The first test is online test which using codility website, thus you can use all programming language. The second test is live coding. You can come to the office or remote with your webcam on.
