Received call from HR who explained work will focus more on writing complex algorithm etc.
Round would be technical followed by Hacker rank then managerial
In the interview questions were very very basic. Basic oops questions 30min
No framework no orm no java 1.8 no angular nothing
Answered most of the question asked still not selected.
HR dont share rejection question
Advice to HR- please value Candidate time and effort and share proper feedback of interview so candidate can evaluate themselves.

Wort management. I have cleared technical round before HR discussion the document verification is done. It's been more than 15 days I haven't received mail regarding HR discussion. Very poor management I have seen in Xoriant.
