Initial phone call to set up technical screening was about 5-10 minutes. Technical Screening was about an hour on basic SalesForce questions to qualify you for the next round. Final interview was 3 hours. 1st hour spent with current admins asking you to solve a few problems in a TrailHead environment. 2nd hour spent with Software Developers on how you would process the discovery and problem solve a business case scenario where they think SalesForce would be the answer. 3rd hour spent with Director of the team answering your questions about the company.
