First I would like to start by saying that I was referred to Xi3 through a business contact for a new and exciting product to come to market. The interview process was to say the least the worst experience I've ever gone thought with any company. To start the first call went well ,and a time for a second interview was scheduled even with a Calendar invite. The day of the interview I was to be called nothing but crickets. I then sent a voicemail and a follow-up email in regards to the interview still being on schedule? No reply!
4 days later I finally got a call explaining about the mix up
This was the same experience I saw through the entire process every single interview was either a no-show or a follow-up hours later to reschedule again! this went on for three months finally I got to speak with the CEO and he asked me to call him back in a month when they felt they were more ready for someone at my senior level . Very unorganized and I'm very glad that I didn't pursue any further actions and after reading all the negative reviews I would say that there 100% percent spot on.
