Atum was very warm and welcoming during their phone interview. I believe my phone interview was very lengthy about 40 minutes long simply because Human Resources were willing to listen and ask me more about my project management experience. There was a lot of politeness and courteousness, and after they liked what I offered to them with regards to my work experiences, I was called in for an in person interview. I went with their Senior Business Analyst also, and he was also very welcoming. This is just one of a few handful companies that I've seen politeness and courteousness with relations to they recognize you for your past efforts, they understand your previous positions well, and they are very mindful of how they speak and communicate. I am thankful to them, and am not sure yet whether I will land or accept a position with them yet, considering I have a couple more interviews to deal with.
