The hiring process was very straight forward. I applied for the position a couple of days later I got the email with the information on the position, schedule, training time and pay. I decided to continue with the process being that I have been looking for an opportunity like this for a while. After I accepted the terms of the position I got an email with 2 assessments. I have been in customer service for a long time so I got a high scores on both assessments. After that I was schedule for an interview at the center in which I was interview by two great individuals they made me feel so comfortable at the interview. It did not feel like an interview it was an informative meeting. The very next day I got the offer.
