I had two interviews. I applied for 2 roles within the organsiation and i was called in for a video interview for an open position. First round was normal and the second interview I was given a task on their process engineering side and I felt i made good details on it. In the first round, one of the managers was not even present and during the second round, one of them was on holidays, but they still scheduled it with a lead who I felt was inexperienced in technical side of what the task had asked for. Xerotech is a good, futuristic company and they have good product portfolio and employees within the organisation who are constantly in touch with other potential employees through videos explaining about Xerotech on their website, but when it comes to hiring, they are indecisive and they do not put full thought about what roles they are hiring for and when they foresee it. So please ensure you have that confidence before going in for an interview.
