One phone screening with HR, right to the point, no time wasters with behavioural questions or any other HR non sense techniques. Two face to face interviews with fellow BAs and Product Managers, one BA assignment. They were hard in the sense that the question were good based on real and typical situations of a BA, sort of what would you do if...? how do you prioritize backlogs?...etc For the first time I've found the experience quite satisfactory.
