I had an informal conversation with the recruiter at first. The recruiter asked about my background and interest in the role. Next was a conversation with the hiring manager then one-on-one conversations with two HR members, VP and then the CEO. No behavioral questions were asked, just questions about my experience with x, y, z. They wanted someone with direct biotech experience in the end.
