I had a negative interview experience, very unprofessional and disrespectful with other's time. I applied on March online through Aurex Group (recruiting company). First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, after that she ghosted me for two weeks. Later she invited me to a phone screen with the hiring manager at Xcel, which was an interview related to my background and machine learning, it was interesting. After that, I received an exam related to Financial Mathematics. The exam was exciting but demanding on time. I submitted it, and I was ghosted again for three weeks. On a Tuesday, the recruiter re-appeared and told me that I was invited to an onsite interview on Friday. I asked to be re-scheduled since I live out of the State, and I am currently working. We re-scheduled it; we were emailing about plane tickets and also they asked me to send copies of documents like driving license, diploma, work authorization before they send me the airplane tickets information. After I sent my documents, 3 days before the interview date, they ghosted me again and never heard again from them.

Initial call with third party HR, second call with 3rd party HR and HR partner. Never heard from them again - emailed after 3 weeks, they said the hiring manager still hadn't looked at the resumes, emailed again 2 months later, didn't get a response.
