This company is completely unprofessional in the way they treat their applicants. They solicit resumes for temporary document reviewers. I received an email from one of their reps about an upcoming project and responded with my interest and availability. Heard nothing until about a week later when I got a message from the rep asking me if I could come in for training the next day. Even though it was short notice I replied that I could, then never heard another word about it, even after leaving a phone message. The people who represent this organization appear to be inconsiderate flakes who don't have a clue about how to treat professional staff or prospective staff. You know what Xact Data, if you have so many applicants for your openings that you feel you can afford to treat them as impersonally as possible and as completely fungible and replaceable, good for you but you're gonna to have a tough time attracting and retaining good talent as the economy keeps improving. I for one will never deal with you again nor respond to any of your messages or solicitations, which is your loss.
