The interview at XS for the market analyst position was a well-structured process. It started with an online application and initial screening. After that, I was invited to a 1:1 interview, followed by a group panel discussion. The focus was on both technical skills and my approach to problem-solving in the market. Must admit the procedure was as simple as possible, and didn’t require specific preparation, of course if you have the experience required.
