I traveled from my hometown more than an hour away and interviewed with five people. The recruiter assured me I would receive feedback the next week. When I did not hear from him the next week I called and he said he had no feedback yet but that he would call me back with feedback when he had it. I called him and emailed him several more times and he just never did respond. Despite his assurance, I never received any feedback. I thought the whole process was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone apply for a position with this company. I have never experienced such a dysfunctional and unprofessional manner of conducting a job search.
